Although the apt was cute, there is no LAUNDRY even though there is a photo that shows a washer. I was constantly harassed by the upstairs neighbor's children running back and forth from 745am until 10pm. The "landlord" with bangs yelled at me for parking in the spot in the driveway, even though I was told I take one spot, and the upstairs people take one spot. He yelled "park on the street!" which is not "with parking" as per the ad. Although this was supposedly settled, a week later, I received a text about the same thing. Do not advertise that a property has "parking" and then the "landlord" yells at you for parking there. Also, the check in process was horrible. The information was withheld until 1 hour before check in, thus I was late. It was unclear which apt was mine. It just said "apt 1, use code...." so the doorknob with #s was on the 1st floor (basement). 1st the code did not work. Then they gave me another code and I walked in on someone staying u til April 15th. Then I am told to go upstairs. Ok, then there is a MASTER lock box, which again, the code does not work. I go all over the place. I finally see a blacked out small window which I eventually figured out was a keypad. But since no one meets you, and this was not described, I was running up and downstairs for like 15 minutes. Once inside, the apt is nice, but the blinds are chipped and broken, curtains thin, and no way to darken the room for sleep. I had to use my car shades and a garbage bag. The beds sink.
