Toyoko Inn staff members are the best. The room was in perfect condition. It is near a Don Quijote and shopping Plaza.

The staff was very friendly and helped me check in when the kiosk wouldn’t let me check in. The breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options and was good. The bed was harder than I anticipated, but after a long day of traveling, it didn’t matter since I feel asleep quickly.

Really good value.

I had upgraded shower and hair dryer which were really great. The room is very small so not for long term stay but good service with free Japanese style breakfast.

東京のホテルが高すぎて、見つけたホテルがここでした。東京から距離はありましたが、乗り継ぎもよく、電車に座って行き来が楽でした。フロントの対応や部屋のきれいさ、朝食のおいしさと人の好さと、このホテルを選んでよかったです。

駐車場について、妊婦さんが一緒だったので、外出と乗り降りがスムーズに出来ればと障害者スペースの駐車場をお願いしましたが、基本利用してないので立体駐車場へとの納得のいかない回答でした。納得出来る回答でもう少し臨機応変に対応していただきたかった。
