Very convenient, close to multiple subway lines and a lot of different food options. Room is spacious enough and clean. Downside is that the hotel and room runs hot in the winter. Can't control thermostat, can only open the window, which is ok for winter but not sure about summer.

We stayed in the corner room on the second floor (Room 209). Love this corner room as it had two windows allowing us to see the hustle and bustle of our area. Front desk was nice and spoke English well! A very special shout out to 'Ooh' the lady who serviced our room and half of our floor! We noticed how hard she works and was so polite checking in on us when she saw us passing by going out. My wife asked for new towels during our 3 day stay. Thank you, we appreciate the little details that 'Ooh' made that seperates MyStay from other budget friendly hotels.

Wonderful staff, very clean, excellent downtown location very close to train stations, many restaurants, and local sightseeing. If you are a tall person (I am 6' and my husband is 6'4") the bed may be a bit short, but it is otherwise comfortable.

We booked a twin deluxe room so we had more space which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is across the road from the station. Exit 7 or 8. The breakfast was quite good. A couple of things I didnโ€™t like but overall good. The area is perfect location to see everything.

Excellent place to stay in Yokohama. The hotel is situated right next to the JR line, and is walking distance to the Yokohama baseball stadium and the waterfront. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was nice, clean, with friendly staff.
