We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was pretty small and outdated. The beds were ok the first couple of nights but we started having back and neck pains after the 3rd day. The hotel is located near convenience stores and restaurants, and a 5 min walk from the station.

This is BY-FAR my favorite place to stay when in Japan. I have stayed here 4 times, and always the same level of excellence. The location, service and comfort are a welcome attribute for this Hotel. We even had an issue where we needed extra days added, and the manager went above an beyond to accomodate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Overall very satisfied

We like its quiet and convenient location near the station and shops. I think the room size is little bigger and the price is little lower than similar hotels in the area, so overall we're satisfied. But some of the front desk staff are not helpful at all when something unusual happens such as housekeeping staff
