Pros - EXCELLENT LOCATION , 5 min walking distance to the “main drag” of northern avenue, between republic square and the opera house; VERY CLEAN, I believe it is a brand new hotel of less than a year, rooms, bathroom, furnishings, sheets, towels, all brand new; FRIENDLY OWNER/staff, don’t say much, but nice people; CHEAP (at least our price) nothing more to say!! Cons - No lift/elevators, but the young man (I think the owner’s son) helped with the luggage. There are only 3 floors, so at most you will climb 2 flights of stairs. Not suitable for elderly in that regard.

Обещали встретить (не просил, но обещали) - не встретили. Заказывали king-size - дали две отдельные кровати (исправили к вечеру первого дня). Завтрак на самом деле готовится, только если кто-то просит и из того, что есть на кухне в данный момент. Отличная слышимость. Особенно радовала чертова железная лестница. Пытались требовать полную оплату, хотя всё было оплачено заранее при бронировании. Не нравится при выезде слушать аргументы - "ну это такая система - деньги сняли с карточки для подтверждения бронирования, они вам вернутся, но нам вы должны на месте платить). Минут 15-20 ушло на эти разговоры.
