Great hotel, I totally recommend it! It is located in the middle of the city, so you can easily search the town and visit some of the city sights on foot. The super market is very close, in the nearby shopping centre. Also, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel for more options. When I came in the lobby, first feelings were amazing! Good atmosphere, people chatting and enjoying in the bar and restaurant. I felt settled and relaxed, just like the most of us prefer to feel in the hotel. Check-in is fast and the staff is nice. They also offer free candies at the front desk. 😁 Rooms are tidy, clean, and just like in the lobby, I felt good just being inside, which is really prescious. The only lack in the room was that one of the electric sockets (unfortunately, right the one near my side of the bed) wasn't working. The bathroom is modern, with big bathtub and good light. πŸ” On every floor there is a water machine so you don't have to worry about having stomach problems if the tap water doesn't fit you. In the restaurant you can order "a la carte" or have the dinner which is included, but I wasn't truly satisfied with that option. The food is almost the same every day and a little plain. Also, you have to order drinks seperate for extra money. Although, the breakfast is better. It is not ordinarily european, but there are different choices and food tastes good. I was missing the basic scrambled eggs. What I found really special in the hotel, was the weather cast in the elevators for the next three days. It can come super handy sometimes! Beside that, one of the cleaning ladies was also very special. The short haired lady, very happy and tremendously kind. She made my day better with her great attitude and short russian lesson. πŸ˜… The ending tought: Park Inn, just keep it up!

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful and speak great English. In particular reception staff went out of their way to re-book me a room when I missed a late evening flight. They were tremendous as otherwise I would have been sleeping on the airport floor for 7 hours!

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it's certainly of high standard for a business stay. They did speak English if you're not fluent in Russian. -:)). The breakfast had a good selection of Russian and international staples. Again, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although it's not the most modern hotel in town, it's close to the city centre and some buildings of the Ural State University. It would be good to have a swimming pool, sauna or similar amenities. Overall, it's highly recommended for a business stay.

We Group of 27 stayed for 02Nights location is very much good centrally located enough specious clean nice rooms very good spared of breakfast staff service is really good overall personally I loved this hotel & love to stay again

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at as part of a G Adventures tour where we travelled from Beijing to St Petersburg on the Trans Mongolian Express. The breakfast was much food and the rooms were very comfortable. It is also in a great location within walking distance of many of the sights in Yekaterinburg.

A pleasant place to stay in Yekaterinburg is Park Inn Radisson. We had a two night stay on our Trans-Siberian Railway tour in June, could not miss out on many of the places to visit in Yekaterinburg, so we enjoyed our stay. Park Inn had great breakfast buffet at the hotel as well good dinner in the restaurant. I can only recommend the place for others, also to mention, great staff and fluent English speaking.

I previously stayed at this hotel and returned because all of the reception staff seemed to speak English and went out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is right next to the opera house in the city centre. When I arrived at the hotel I could see mattresses being unloaded and I was lucky enough to sleep on a brand new mattress! Needless to say I slept really well and enjoyed the very modern breakfast setup. On my previous stay I had to pay extra for increased wi-fi speed, this time it was all for free. Good value for money all round and I will definitely stay here again in future. In the morning when I was leaving the streets around the hotel was pretty congested with traffic, but I suppose that is standard for the city centre.

I stayed in standart room. The room was not well furnished. TV was making interesting sounds. Empty minibar! The funniest thing is they charge extra 200 ruble if you make order from room service. You may find better hotel than this in Ekaterinburg within the same price range.

We stayed here for one night so we can fly back from Yekaterinburg. This is a good hotel for business stay. Located in central part of the city and about 25min drive to airport, it is not a bad option to stay in this place. Rooms are standard like any business hotels and spacious. They have a morning complementary breakfast included in the price. Hotel can arrange for a pickup and drop to airport at an add on price. One suggestion to hotel is they need to improve their free internet capability. It is slow many times. Even though they have paid plans, I think the main need for business hotel is connectivity and it should be provided free with better speed.

Room was clean. Service was good. Breakfast OK, All was basically OK. But internet was just poor. If you select "free of charge speed" when log in in the room - speed is so so slow that I hardly could enter any website. Was this made to buy "paid" access to internet? Well these days internet that is not usable and that you need to pay for when in the hotel - is just a robbery and simply not acceptable. All was good but due to internet access - I would not select this hotel again.
