Family Villa 'Lumière Ychoux' with Pool and Large Garden

Welcome to Villa Lumière Ychoux, a warm and inviting holiday home perfect for families. With 165 m² of living space, the villa features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, and additional toilets, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Bed linens and towels are included for your convenience.



For your leisure, the house offers high-speed Wi-Fi (video calls possible), heating, a washing machine and dryer, TV, and a ping pong table.



Outside, enjoy a spacious 1,600 m² garden, a 30 m² covered terrace with swing and barbecue, and a private pool. Please note, the pool is deep (1.5 m): children must know how to swim and be supervised at all times.



Five parking spaces are available on the property, and free street parking is also nearby. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood; please respect the peace of the area.

Großartiger 4-Wochen Aufenthalt in Ychoux

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien a 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder zwischen 6 und 13) und nach Abreise unserer Freunde dann noch für weitere 2 Wochen mit den Großeltern im Haus von Eric. Das Haus ist großartig, bietet viel Platz (drinnen und draußen), ist ruhig gelegen und top ausgestattet. Zu den beiden Seen um Biscarrosse braucht man 15-25 Minuten mit dem Auto, nach Biscarrose Plage ca. 35. Der Pool verlockt aber eindeutig auch dazu, immer mal wieder einen Tag am Pool zu genießen. Eric ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der alle paar Tage mal vorbeischaut, um den Rasen zu mähen und den Pool zu reinigen. Man kann auch prima mit ihm auf Englisch kommunizieren, falls man selber nicht des Französischen mächtig ist.

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour dans la villa de Ychoux ! Nous avons tous bcp apprécié la lumière et tous les équipements prévus. La maison est très bien pensée tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Et pour terminer nous avons bcp apprécié Une boulangerie et boucherie à pieds !
