Located a stone's throw away from Pippi Beach is this beautiful idyllic beach house. The property is pet friendly and a minutes stroll from all of Yamba's pristine beaches and CBD. It is located in a quiet little street so you get the best of both worlds - close to everything fantastic Yamba has to offer, with benefits of a peaceful neighbourhood.

The property boasts open plan living, stunning pitched ceiling, large kitchen with Miele oven & gas cooktop. The three beautifully presented bedrooms are serviced by a laundry and bathroom in one off the hall and have plenty of natural light and garden views.

The property is fully fenced with a gorgeous outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long surf at Pippi Beach. Both the front and back yard are generous in size with the benefit of an established fruit and vegetable patch.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Washing machines, dining areas, and refrigerators are other standard amenities.
