Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigious "Beachside" estate, this modern and spacious property is less than 200 meters from Pippi Beach and 400 metres to Yamba's 18 hole golf course and short easy stroll to all Yamba has to offer. And what can Yamba offer? Restaurants, pubs and clubs, sandy beaches, surfing, beach and river fishing, whale watching, paddle skiing, kayaking, fishing charters, our famous Yamba prawns fresh from the sea, lazy days of sand, sunshine and laughter, busy days packed with sightseeing and adventure in the Clarence Valley.

Designed with coastal living in mind, this light and airy holiday home has ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the open plan living areas. Sleeps six people comfortably, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom with en-suite, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third bedroom.

The open plan living areas are tiled and flow around the fully equipped kitchen which features granite benchtops and ample bench space. The large dining room makes for the perfect area to gather after a fun day at the beach with family and friends. Driveway off street parking is available (No garage). This holiday home also features a sunny outdoor covered entertaining area and fully fenced backyard where you can unwind with a good book or the paper.

It is my opinion that this property should not be in the holiday rental market in it's current state especially for the amount asked. The contents are very basic and except for the beds which were good the rest of the minumum contents should be sent to the tip. There were no floor coverings no lamps in the lounge or second bedroom. The garage was unavailable ,for this kind of money it should be , and the windows and screens badly needed cleaning. The outdoor furniture could not be used because of the state of cleanliness . No coffee tables in the lounge except for one table. The blinds need attention as well. The house itself was very nice and had it been furnished as it should be for the rental asked it would be a pleasant place to stay. As it is now and for the rental asked I could not recommend it.

Yamba

The location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the beach but out of town. The lounge furniture is well worn. The only issue we had was that there was no linen supplied. We feel that this should be noted in the listing and not in the terms and conditions from the Estate Agent. There was also no additional blankets for the cold nights. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
