Upstairs features main lounge with verandahs on both sides and stunning views of the Marina.

Gourmet kitchen with plenty of storage, dishwasher, and fully equipped with all the modern touches. Gas cooktop, electric oven.

The dining area completes the living space upstairs with seating for 8.

Four of the bedrooms are upstairs, main has balcony access, beautiful views of the water, king bed and ensuite.

Modern main bathroom also on this level.

Downstairs relax in the games room with bar overlooking the 22m pool with spa and toddler pool. Beyond the pool is the cabana for entertaining friends and the BBQ area.
