Tucked away in a peaceful enclave just 5km from Yamba’s town centre and beaches, Docked @ Yamba is your coastal retreat where mornings start slow and evenings end with dolphins gliding through the channel as you sip a sundowner.

Built intentionally ‘upside down’ to make the most of the views, the master suite, kitchen and main living area sit upstairs, while a second loungeroom and the remaining four bedrooms are located downstairs. It's perfect for families or groups wanting space to spread out.

Explore the headlands and coastal paths on the electric bikes* or stay put and enjoy the pool, games room, BBQ, firepit and two separate loungerooms made for lazy afternoons and family games nights.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the whole home to yourself. Check-in is simple with a secure lockbox onsite.

Please note the main bedroom, kitchen and dining area are upstairs. For guests who find stairs difficult, the outdoor dining table and kettle can be set up downstairs on request. The jetty is accessed via a few steps.

The yard is not fully fenced. While there’s a safety gate between the house and jetty, children may fit through the gap, so supervision of children is essential. The pool is fully fenced and safety compliant.

The Neighborhood:
Docked @ Yamba is just minutes from Yamba’s beaches, cafes, restaurants and coastal walks. But once you’re Docked, you might not want to leave. Watch the tides roll by, throw in a line, or simply settle in with a drink and a view.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy. It’s a flat walk or quick drive into town and to Yamba’s main beaches. Jump on one of the e-bikes* or bring your own push bikes and cruise the coastal paths, stop for coffee by the marina or ride up to the headland for ocean views. Everything you need is close by, yet Docked @ Yamba feels worlds away once you’re back on the water.

Other Things to Note:
* The games room has a number of bonus entertainment options including e-bikes. This is not part of the accommodation lease and as such the owner accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by their use. After reading and understanding the instructions and indemnity documents located in the games room, adults hiring this premise should make their own decisions about which items their family uses and accept all risk. Additional information from the manufacturers on most of the items can be found online. Injury caused by, loss, damage to or theft of these items is the responsibility of the user or supervising adult.

The master bedroom, living room and kitchen are all located on the top floor with one set of internal stairs. Guests will need to be able bodied.
We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and we politely request that our guests are respectful to neighbours in terms of noise generated during their stay. We have a noise monitor present on the premises which monitor decibels and alerts us if there is an unacceptable level of noise.
