I paid for all inclusive 5 star but it's not all inclusive. For example, everything in the minibar is not free. Water in the mini bar is not free. The hotel has 3 restaurants "a la carte" but I have only 2 dinners in these restaurants. After the hard discussion I got one more dinner "a la carte". The hotel is dirt. I killed one cockroach in the restaurant. It's absurd. The towels are old and stained. I was upset with the dirt of the room and demanded to change the bedroom. I got it. The quality of the food is just reasonable.

We purchase a "All inclusive" package which was very disappointed to us. The cheap price you pay comes with a lot of restrictions and ridiculous rules. The server are very well trained to say "that is not include",

Dear Tadeu, thank you for giving us the opportunity of answering you. All Inclusive is a board option and it is including drinks in our bars and restaurants as well as the breakfast, lunch and dinner or the snacks at the pool bar and the drinks at the Mike's Coffee. That doesn't mean that it is not needed to pay for any other service at the hotel. Our hotel is passing every type of control regarindg any kind of insect, even though the warm weather of the Canary Islands. We regret you didn't contact guest relations in order to track your notifications, since everything could have been easily solved.

Dear Fernando el Orbirtz, thank you for giving us the opportunity to answer you. All inclusive is a type of board chosen by the guest, where he has the information about what is it inclusing. It is a board regarding drinks and food, and it doesn't mean that the guest is not paying for any other service of the hotel. Our team working here is doing their job informing the guests in order to provide an appropiate service. Best regards.
