Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Wellness Bereich, kleines Schwimmbad, Trimmfahrrad, 2 Saunen. Zum Wieker Hafen mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, da das Schlafzimmer, Dusche im Untergeschoss liegen.
