Adorable Place on the Best Block in WB

The place was perfectly decorated and had all the things we needed. The location was perfect - not even a block to the beach. The folks at Bryant Real Estate were super nice.

lovely, comfortable apartment

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen and cooking supplies were all excellent quality - I appreciate how they updated an older building and loved its charm.

Fun beach stay

This property is fantastic. We loved how close to the beach we were and enjoyed the fire pit one night. Cool vibes. We had an issue with the AC during the stay but the property manager was incredibly responsive and ended up compensating us for the issue. I would highly recommend this stay!

Short walk to the beach, comfy beds, clean place, awesome back porch— we loved our stay! (bring your own beach towels and chairs/umbrella!)

A wonderful place very clean and close to beach. Beautifully decorated and comfy. Could use some more smaller, lighter bowls. Master room streetlight does shine through the blinds so may want an extra covering for that window. Enjoyed all that WB offered

Fantastic location! lots of space and great outdoor seating

The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - would recommend this to any group looking to be (super!) close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars in Wrightsville. Loved it!

FABULOUS!

We stayed here for a Mother/Daughter Girls Weekend for two nights and had the best time! The house is adorable! Perfectly decorated! Loved it! Our two teenage sun worshippers loved being steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back!

I loved this charming little duplex! This beach bungalow is adorable and filled with character inside and out. When I was walking up to the door, I was surrounded by colorful flowers, a cute little garden and a lovely seating area. Then inside, it has a trendy boho chic vibe to it and very well done. I noticed every little detail! The location is just a few houses down from the beach with easy access, which was nice for the littles. Even the neighbors were wonderful! I felt so comfortable there and would highly recommend this adorable place.

Cozy place to stay near the beach!

My family enjoyed this cozy little spot near Wrightsville Beach! We appreciated the cleanliness despite some ants in the kitchen. The decor was so beautiful & relaxing. We loved the big couch, as well as the deck with comfortable furniture (& fan!). This is a hidden gem. While the exterior is unimpressive, the interior is surprisingly modern & chic! We recommend this place.

39th Wedding Anniversary

We loved the location and being able to leave the beach and in a short walking distance we were back at our place. We hadn’t been to our favorite beach in years. It was great the whole experience. Just some few suggestions if I may, it was nearly 80 degrees inside when we checked in at 4. It took like the next morning for it to get to your 72 degrees. If you also had a water hose outside to wash feet off before going upstairs, would be nice. Other than that it was fantastic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos don't do this unit justice. It's so cozy and like a little cottage. It had plenty of room for a family gathering and we spent every morning and evening on the porch. I personally LOVED that the tv could be tucked away. The kitchen was stocked with essentials so I didn't even have to dip into my knives or extra pans. :) THANK YOU!*** The one and only reason we would not return to this unit was because of the nosy neighbor across the street. She sat on her porch glaring at us barking orders daily (all week!) - "watch your dog", "make sure the ball doesn't come on my property", "there is a noise ordinance", etc. Our dog is 15 and stays attached to me at this point in her life. Our kids are 17, 21 and 25. They threw the football to each other in the street. She was so worried about it! One evening from 6:00 - 8:00 we had some family friends over. We didn't have outdoor music in the front ... just talking friends. The backyard neighbors were very friendly and awesome so we just spent more time back there! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place! We were here for my daughters wedding weekend, & the space was just what we needed. The space in the lower unit was definitely not as ideal for us because of the sleeping arrangements. The bunk beds are not great for adults, and the 'sleeper sofa' was not comfortable. I have over 25 vacation rentals in Charlotte and Ft. Lauderdale, so I'm familiar. It's always a work in progress! I would suggest knowing what your properties have. To not know if we had an iron/ironing board (we did end up getting this clarified), or even hangers in the closet was not very comforting. We were already overloaded with wedding items, so having to consider bringing items that should be, in my opinion, staples, was definitely not ideal. The beds were comfortable, and I actually liked having sheets wrapped (even though I had to make my own bed) It was nice knowing my sheets were clean! The design and decor were spot on. With all the wedding activities, we didn't end up cooking, but it seemed the kitchen had everything anyone would need. The owners did a great job creating a memorable, functional, & comfortable space. My initial experience booking was fine. I reached out on Airbnb and never heard back. I ended up calling directly and was able to book. "In my opinion", charging $200 per pet (NON-REFUNDABLE) is overkill. I get it. Some people don't pick up after their dogs, they shed everywhere, they smell, etc. Every pet owner should not have to pay for those pet owners!! You have an inspector who comes after every visit, so they should report back whether or not the guests should get their pet deposit back. We pick up everything, and our pets are well behaved, and professionally groomed. They are cleaner and better behaved than most humans. I would actually consider NOT booking again because of the astronomical pet fee. Strong cleaner used. The place was very clean, except details such as inside kitchen drawers. Overall, we LOVED this space. GREAT location, COZY!!

The decor is inviting and warm, retaining the charm of this older house, while the interior and furnishings have all been updated. We felt so at home!The kitchen is well-equipped, having everything we needed. We especially liked the coffee bar in the mornings! The deck is perfect for catching the breeze and some afternoon sun. There is also a sound system! The rental is a very short walk to the beach, with no streets to cross. It's also an easy walk to the pier, and shopping and restaurants.We were fortunate to meet the owners of the property. They couldn't have been nicer, and really cared that we were enjoying their rental! Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!!
