Beautiful property, which was clean and nicely appointed. Hand soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Furnishings were “beachy”, but not overly themed in a good way. They were also in great shape, and comfortable. Games and cards, which cane in handy on the rainy days. WiFi was never an issue. TVs in living room and bedrooms. Views were amazing. Great communication with host and property manager. I cannot recommend this condo enough!! Well worth the price!!

This was out third year at this condo. It was a great time.

The check in changed with the parking passes by the HOA, where we could not get them upon checkin. It was much easier prior years when they were in the condo.

The unit was very attractive and accommodating for our family of 6 adults and one 23 month old. Access was easy and furnishings were above expectation.Having vacationed at the Dunes in the past we learned to bring items that are typically not found in rental units, in particular kitchen utensils, coffe bean grinder, etcetera. Our only issue was the properties lack of Guiest accommodation parking, when is was obvous that not all units were occupied during our stay and necessitated parking a 3rd vehicle off-site for the week. In the past there was guest parking accommodation, if available.

This is the third unit we've stayed at in the Wrightsville Dunes community, and we definitely enjoyed our stay, but there were pros and cons to this unit, like all others. Wrightsville Dunes overall is amazing--the pools, the location, the beach access. For this specific unit, these are our thoughts:Pros:Whole house water filter RO under sink filter for drinking water. This is a HUGE perk. Water here typically has a pretty swampy odor that permeates everything, so not having that was wonderful.Third floor - I will always only stay on the third floor because it's loud when others are above you.It was comparable to the other units we've stayed in as far as being updated, pretty well appointed kitchen.Cons:The mattress in the upstairs master bedroom was awful. It was so soft and sagging in the middle, with a thick foam topper on it that made it even worse, my wife and I felt like we were in a taco (and we aren't large people!). This alone would make us not return to the unit unless the owner replaces it.No ocean-facing master bedroom. Not a huge deal, but not my favorite.The owner messaged us one evening asking if we were using the oven because it has "been on in awhile" and could we turn it off if we weren't using it. We were cooking dinner, which we did every night. Two nights later, we were slow roasting some meat, and the over was turned off without our knowledge. It severely delayed dinner (and bedtime for our little ones). We feltkle we were being spied on!

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. It has all of the things you want from a beachfront property: beautiful views, easy access to the beach, beach chairs, bikes, a secondary refrigerator, tennis court, beautiful beach decor and more. But what really set this apart from any other place we’ve rented was the communication with the property manager and all the incidentals they provide, such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, etc. The condo is beautifully appointed for you to just show up and enjoy the beach without needing to buy or bring any extra supplies. We can’t wait to go back!!

Our Happy Place

We have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for 20 yrs and this place to stay is our favorite. The Wrightsville Dunes keeps everything well maintained and it is in the very best location. The Condo had everything we needed, was so comfortable and homey. Loved that we were able to use the beach chairs, bikes and pickle ball things. And of course has the amazing view!

Great beach Condo with Wonderful Views

Had a great family week at the beach in this condo. We loved the balcony - especially in the late afternoon and evenings. Very well equipped, very comfortable, and they respond quickly to any question.

Fully stocked and private

We visit Wrightsville Beach every year, and this was the best accommodations by far we have ever had. We love the privacy of the north end, and the location of this condo was perfect. The condo was clean as advertised; the check-in process was easy; and they thought of everything. Things I loved about this rental compared to others: no key fobs (easy to remember codes, so no need to worry about losing the fob or forgetting it); fully-stocked (k-cups for Keurig, dishwashing pods, and basics like oil, salt/pepper, ziplocks, etc were already there; LOVED the garage with everything you could need for the beach and vacation (easy to wash off and leave your beach gear in the garage so you didn't drag sand all over the condo). They also provided plenty of towels, including beach towels. And, the bottle of wine was a nice, unexpected touch. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the super relaxing stay. Your place is sooooo nice :).

A couple of glitches

All showers require a HARD pull out on the knobs as well as a twist. Information in the condo did not explain this and it is not intuitive. This information should be posted somewhere in the condo or in the information supplied to renter. Garage code did not open garage door. A fuse had tripped and we had to get the manger to come and take care of this. Finally the macerating toilet in the loft bedroom is LOUD when it flushes and sometimes just out of the blue. All amenities in the condo and the beds are great. Everyone slept comfortably. Air conditioning was too cold for us. We had to keep resetting the thermostat as it is on a program. 73 is better temp for us than 71. Kitchen is well supplied for a family of 6 eating and cooking dinner most evenings. However, it would have been nice to have a couple of sharp knives that are NOT serrated to chop vegetables, slice cheese and meat. Wrightsville Dunes location is amazing, period.

Fantastic Choice!

This property checked all of our boxes. Clean, spacious, so well stocked in the home AND garage (beach toys/gear, bikes, etc.). The beach was perfect…easily accessed, not overcrowded, and patrons were friendly. The property manager was quick to respond to all of our questions. We would happily stay here again!

Repeat offenders!

We love this condo and have rented it several times over the past two years. It is tiptop, even better with recent upgrades: beautiful views, nicely furnished, well-appointed. Just walk out of the building and you are nearly on the beautiful beach! Thank you!!
