The Islander was a wonderful and extremely clean. Each of us enjoyed a dynamic ocean front view. The area was clean and inviting wonderful time of year to spend a few quite days at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great spot with beautiful view of the beach

Great spot, right on the beach with an elevator so you dont have to suffer carrying 3567458 bags up and down steps! *just make sure you bring k-pods for the Kuerig!

Great location, but not a good value

The price paid did not justify this rental.Good: great location, right on the beach! Plenty of room: 2 bed/2 bath w/good sized kitchen.Bad: disclaimer of construction did not capture that the balcony in the morning/evenings/weekends could not be opened to hear or smell the ocean, and the warning tape/signs and scaffolding blocked the ocean views. (I do not know when the construction will be complete)Fridge: rattled loudly while running and when it shut off - to the point where it woke us up in the middle of the night.No reserved parking: despite parking spaces being labeled. You received a parking pass upon check-in, but it was first come/first serve. (We stayed during April so the building was not full and we never had issues with parking)I was emailed and texted with notices to pay the balance remainder when I had already paid in full.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We loved the proximity to the beach & the beautiful view! It was perfect for some chilly February days to have the view of the beach without the wind - and able to open up the doors for the day it was perfect!

Great location

Nicely designed condo in great location right on the beach. Condo was clean. Only issue was the beds were firmer than either my wife or myself would have liked. The view from the veranda a perfect beach view. Easy walk to restaurants and some of the shops in Wrightsville Beach.

Great weekend!

It was a great weekend! Labor Day weekend was busy in Wrightsville Beach, we were glad not having to drive to access the beach and having reserved parking because the roads were congested!!!! Bridgetender restaurant was great and Bluewater was a fun hangout place with live music and good food!!! The condo was great with a great view of the ocean!

My Vacation at Wrightsville Beach

This was a picture perfect vacation, because the pictures were worth a thousand words to me. They were exactly as the condo was when I opened the door and looked around. That person that left the negative review about the bed, must have been staying somewhere else! So many things were already in the condo that I didn't need to bring like beach chairs, umbrella, towels, kitchen necessities like paper towels dish liquid, dishwasher soap. The Sea Scape Properties employees kept the condo immaculate and their imformation is there if needed.
