Enjoy stunning sunsets over the Intracoastal while rocking on the covered deck at “Cody”! This amazing upper-level duplex is a rare find as it features a 20’ boat slip, spectacular sound views, welcomes pets, and has convenient beach access. What more could you ask for on vacation?

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this home is comfortable and perfect for families. The large open concept great room includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with additional bar seating, and a living area opens to covered porch that overlooks the sound– a perfect spot to witness amazing sunsets or dine in the warm summer breeze! All bedrooms and baths are on this level. Stairs lead to an enclosed crow’s nest offering a cozy get-away sitting area with panoramic ocean and sound views.

The little ones will enjoy playing and swimming at the sound front sandy beach at low tide. Conveniently located close to a beach access and The Blockade Runner Hotel.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper.
Parking: Parking 1 vehicles in garage, 2 to 3 vehicles in driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Large Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Roof top deck is not included.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Perfect Stay

Condo was conveniently located to all restaurants and shops. Super short walk to ocean and beautiful view and access to intercoastal. House was generously stocked with starter items- coffee pot is regular not cone. House also had every pot/pan/dish, glass, plate, utensil you could ask for. Very well stocked. Elevator was a life saver hauling our stuff to 3rd floor. Bryant was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend- would love to come back.

Great unit. Location was awesome. Close to everything by foot or bike. Surf was great, fishing was amazing off the dock, views off dexk were beautiful and relaxing.

Quaint quiet spot

We loved watching the sunset over the intracoastal and sitting on the patio as well as the dock. We walked to the beach and down to Trolley Stop and King Neptune's. It was all just lovely!

Awesome place!

The property was just as indicated in the pics. Very clean, spacious, great beds and very centrally located. Big plus was the elevator we used all the time. The private covered garage was also great. We spent time both on the sound side with our private little section and on the beach. The place was most quiet during the week, without heavy weekend beach traffic. Highly recommend it.

Not handicapped accessible

Property was well-maintained, clean, spacious. Quite frankly, GORGEOUS. HOWEVER (you were expecting this part, right?) The property is NOT handicapped accessible. I am permanently disabled, and cannot walk very easily. The stairs just about killed me, if it was CLEAR that the facility was not handicapped accessible, I would have stayed somewhere else.
