Very responsive owner. Great house with 3 separate units so we could be together but also have some privacy and downtime. Separate bathrooms is also a big advantage for adults. We loved being so close to the beach - able to walk less than a block and appreciated the new beach chairs. Given the proximity to the bars and restaurants on Friday/Saturday evenings we were grateful for the white noise machines and black out shades. Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles too. We so enjoyed the upper decks both front and back of the house. We had a great, relaxing week.

Winter at Wrightsville

This house was perfect for an extended family 60th birthday party. The units were clean, well equipped and steps to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We gathered here to celebrate our matriarch's 90th birthday. It was very spacious, particularly the top level. The separate units gave us some privacy, while during family game times, we easily gathered in the upper unit. The property was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Beds were comfy. Location is very convenient to the beach. A great time was had by us all!

Great Winter Graduation weekend

We needed a larger property to accommodate family for the UNCW winter graduation. The house was perfect! 1 min walk if that to beach, 2 min walk to coffee. Easy to park. Bed mattresses were comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great for Large Groups

This property was ideal for or vacation. We had access to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. I would recommend to any friends or family wanting to visit the Wilmington area. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great location, right next to beach, bars, restaurants, Ice cream. Big enough to house many guests. Clean, and owner was responsive. Would recommend to stay.

Beautiful beach house at great location!

We had 10 people doing a beach weekend. The house is amazing for large groups of people with so many bedrooms. The unit is very clean, has two huge patios (we spent a lot of time hanging out in the back one in the evening), and is super close to so many things to do/eat.
