The Trailshead Chalet: hot tub, fire pit, play fort, grill & more

Welcome to The Trailshead at Innsbrook, a newly constructed, rustic, charming chalet in a private setting with only trees as your nearest neighbors.

Inside, you’ll find an open floorplan with plenty of comfortable living room seating, smart TV, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling windows, and access to our oversized deck. The full kitchen includes all you need to prepare meals and snacks, and a dining table at which to enjoy them.

The main bedroom and a full bathroom are on the main level. The second and third bedrooms plus another full bathroom flank a loft area upstairs.

Step onto the deck where you’ll find a large table with chairs and a gas grill overlooking the wooded back yard with a private hot tub, picnic tables, fire pit and a custom built playset with fort perfect for entertaining the youngest guests in the group.

• 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms: main bedroom is on the first level with a king bed, smart TV, and access to a full bathroom with walk in shower; second bedroom (queen bed) and third bedroom (two twin-over-twin bunks) are both upstairs off the loft with smart TVs, ceiling fans, and access to the upstairs full bath with a tub/shower combo.
• Roomy living area with plush furniture, smart TV, and sliding glass doors to the back deck
• Spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, blender and traditional coffee maker. All cooking utensils and serving implements are provided.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, upload a copy of ID to verify age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. The hot tub is professionally serviced every Wednesday. Servicing may cause temporary interruption to use of the amenity.
