Remodeled pet friendly private home with a/c and wifi
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home is located on a small bay of Little Arbor Vitae Lake. The lake is 480 acres and offers lots of room for boating, skiing and great fishing. It is right on the lake. You have your own pier and a campfire pit with 120 feet of fisherman's frontage. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer. The large deck area is a great place to soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful lake view.
The well appointed home features an open concept kitchen/dining and living area with a cozy electric fireplace. We have 1 king size bed on the first floor. Downstairs there are 2 queen size beds. There is also an additional living room area in the lower level with another television, queen sleeper sofa and electric fireplace to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in the home. Outside we have a campfire pit and dock for you to park your boat. There is a bathroom on each floor of the home. There is also a washer/dryer and wi-fi in the home. There is gas grill available for your use.

The home was very nice and clean. Lots of space for our family and dog. Bit of a musty smell. Biggest disappointment was that we couldn't swim in the water off the dock due the weeds and murky water. My fault though for not thinking of asking this prior to booking.

Good area, lots to do nearby
Property was clean and well maintained. Communication with caretaker was excellent. Nice view of the lake. Fishing off the pier was a little tough (very weedy compared to the rest of the lake) and lots of stairs to deal with. We would book again.

Great Lake House Stay on Little Arbor Vitae
We had a wonderful week long summer stay at this lovely lake home. Nicely updated, every amenity you could ask for and property manager Kelly so nice and so easy to work with! The lake house and area are so quiet and peaceful, you feel like you are the only one on the lake! Boating and kayaking also great fun and really easy in and out with the very nice dock! We had a great time and would highly recommend. Thanks!
