Hemelvaart met kinderen en kleinkinderen

Huis zag er op eerste zicht prima uit. Werden ook goed ontvangen met Zeeuwse bolussen als traktatie voor ons allen.De gastvrouw en gastheer waar heel vriendelijk. Omdat na ons op de vertrekdag geen nieuwe gasten meer zouden arriveren werd ons aangeboden om de accommodatie op een later tijdstip dan normaal te mogen verlaten. Wel met dien verstande om dit in overleg op dag van vertrek te melden hoelaat dit zou zijn.Het enige storend in de woning was de vloer/plafond. Iedere voetstap of beweging was storend hoorbaar. Dit uitte zich in hevig kraken van de vloer en bonzende voetstappen.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage, alles sehr gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Auch zu Fuß oder dem Fahrrad gab es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter. Abrechnung für eine Woche Aufenthalt und bei drei Ehepaaren völlig in Ordnung. Können wir weiter empfehlen.

Die Vermieter kommen selbst zur Übergabe. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Ein besseres Gefühl wäre es, wenn die Endreinigung zu angemessenen Preisen veranlasst wird. Vor der Abreise ist dies zeitintensiv und man fragt sich, wie ernsthaft Vormieter die Endreinigung genommen haben. An machen Stellen sieht man es auch. Alles in allem hatten wir schöne Ostertage dort mit vielen Ausflugszielen.

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und mit vielen Utensilien versehenes Häuschen in sehr gepflegter und ruhiger Lage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Orte und Strände von Zeeland (mit dem Auto) gut zu erreichen.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus unweit zum Surfspot

Wir waren zum Surfen da und dafür war es super. In 3 min am Versemeer. Hi laufen geht auch, aber dann zum Spazieren. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit 3 Schlafzimmer im DG ausgestattet. Alles Notwendige in der Küche ist vorhanden. Kleiner Schuppen vor dem Haus um etwas abzustellen. Alles passte Gerne wieder Aber: Energie und Wasser muss separat gezahlt werden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man in einer Ferienunterkunft benötigt. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und gut für Familien geeignet. Wenig Verkehr, Strand, Spielplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.

Nebenkosten extrem hoch

Das hübsche Haus und die ruhige Lage waren wirklich toll! Die Vermieter machten auch einen sehr netten Eindruck, als uns das Haus gezeigt wurde. Leider kam dann bei der Abreise der große Schreck, dass wir für 3 Nächte über 70€ an Nebenkosten zahlen mussten (laut Inserat 50€/Woche!). Das war leider ein ziemlich blöder Abschluss, da die Vermieter auch nicht wirklich darauf eingegangen sind bzw uns nicht auf SO hohe Energiekosten hingewiesen haben. Da das Haus schlecht bis gar nicht isoliert war und wir mit 2 Kindern da waren, mussten wir also auch stetig heizen. Wäre das nicht gewesen, hätten wir direkt für nächstes Weihnachten wieder gebucht, aber der Umgang damit und die Tatsache, dass wir dann für eine Woche über 100€ nur an Nebenkosten zahlen müssten, lässt uns dann doch woanders wohnen.

leuk huisje in een voor ons te stille omgeving

Ondanks dat er in de omgeving vrij weinig te doen was en we toch regelmatig met de auto op pad moesten hebben we genoten van een fijne vakantie

Leuk, zeer schoon huisje.

We hadden een prachtig weekje in dit huisje. Alles is er, zelfs een paar fietsen om een boodschapje te doen. De ligging is ook prima vlakbij het Veerse meer.

Absolut lohnenswert !

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und schönen Urlaub, und das lag nicht nur am tollen Wetter, welches wir in der Woche nach Ostern hatten, sondern auch an unserem Ferienhaus, an der guten Lage (Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar), und auch an der wunderschönen Gegend (Seeland ist wirklich schön) sowie auch unseren Vermietern Linda & Rudi Nonnekes, welche uns wunderbar betreut haben. Linda & Rudi waren tolle Gastgeber, nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit, verbindlich und grosszügig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
