We had a very nice stay, the host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. A bit more care with the cleanliness of the house/pool would have made this a five-star experience. Overall, its was a lovely spot for family.

The host went out of his way to be helpful.Some of the amenities are in need of little care.The inside of this home is amazing however the very slippery tiles around the pool when wet and in the shower plus the very steep steps make this beautiful home not suitable for older people or young children.

Clean,spacious and well maintained home Tim is very approachable. Check in process is very smooth, facilities are well maintained. The cubby house is clean. Towels are clean. Kitchen are well equipped. The lake view is phenomenal. We enjoyed the dinner at the outside dinning area, with shade and great view! Pool is heated and clean. View from the master bedroom is attached. The area is quite and easy to go to all different beaches, like Windang, shell harbour, shell cove, Kiama ….. Gerringong….very close to hospital, shops, Cole’s Kmart and etc…. During our visit, there are couple of rainy days, we can very much enjoy the holiday, because this holiday house! Thank you Tim for keep this holiday house on the market. We appreciate our time spend there!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide - definitely a big highlight for us. The property is in a good location and is close to the shops and beach, with a nice path to walk along the lake. Unfortunately, the downside to our stay was the cleanliness and the poor standard of some of the properties features. The house was poorly cleaned with ants in the outside BBQ area fridge, a number of cockaroaches were found in the house during our stay, the ceiling fans were black and covered in dust, the floor was poorly cleaned with hair from the previous stay still showing on arrival. The pool floor and surface was also left dirty and was cleaned by us prior to use. The trampoline safety net was broken and the timber in the kids swing set/play gym was rotted and not stable for the kids to use safely. The house and outdoor facilities are in the need of a deep clean and some repairs are required. This is a nice place with a lot for families to enjoy, but our overall experience could have been better if the property was better presented and all features mentioned in the add were available to use safely.

What a gorgeous property! I stayed with my Book Club group, 8 of us.We all thought the house was perfect, especially the outdoor dining area looking over sensational views of Lake Illawarra. We spent a lot of time out there.The beds were really comfortable and the house well stocked.There were fabulous walking paths around the lake, which we took advantage of each morning.It's the perfect house for a big group.

Lovely property with great view

Lovely property with a beautiful water view. Lots of room for families to enjoy themselves. Note there isn't a gym as listed which was a little disappointing (not that I'm guessing many holidayers would use it!).

Great place!

Great size and area and beautiful house. Unfortunately we had a couple issues, the water pump for the slide wasnt working and there was no hot waster in the kitchen. Other than that the property was great and owner was easy to contact

Family vacation from Canada

The accommodation was exactly as advertised. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. The pool was warm on our arrival as requested. The house itself was full of amenities to make us feel at home. Walking distance to some shops and the waterfront was nice. I would highly recommend booking a stay here. We hope to return one day. Incredible stay

Incredible house and views from everywhere. The outdoor seating and pool area was where we spent 90% of our time. All the extra little amenities and features made this place a great stay. One note when booking this place, there’s a lot of stairs so anyone that struggles with stairs young or old may struggle with this house.

Perfect place for family to stay for a wedding

The children weren't invited, but absolutely loved the pool, the waterslide, the playground and the cubby houses and we just loved the big deck and the view. A very comfortable, spacious well equipped place without being too fancy.

Family holiday made wonderful

Two families and one extra family member were holidaying together to attend a wedding. This house was perfect to accommodate all family members and have communal space to share. The view was incredible, with excellent outdoor entertaining and pool areas.
