This really is the place to be pampered. If you could call a place heaven on earth, then the Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort truly is heaven on earth! Outstanding venue and exceptional customer service!!

Our third stay in 6 months. The Resort rivals Huka Lodge or the Singita Lodges in history, space and scenery, services, food and beverage.Hard to fault the outstanding teamwork. This eco-friendly Resort is strongly recommended. We hope readers would consider staying in Wolgan once in the canyon-bushland landscape covering 7,000 acres.

Our welcome was friendly and welcoming - and our walk to our Villa was enthralling by the resort’s environment friendly lawnmowers- the kangaroos, Wallaroos and Red Necked Wallabies who would stop and stare as you walked passed..Our Villa was breathtaking with a welcoming fireplace to take the chill out of the air... Our first meal was the degustation which they adapted to fit in with my culinary requirements... unfortunately our breakfast and lunch experience was not the best - the food was delish but the service was unorganised- as the staff did not seem to have designated tables so we waited for ages for our order to be taken... Our trips around the property was photographic delight with very knowledgeable guides - who were happy to stop and wait whilst I took a trillion pics... Loved the nocturnal trip with the Wombats and brief glimpse of the exclusive Platypus... Our Wolgan Valley stay will definitely be in my top ten with memorable moments to cherish

We just had the most amazing mini honeymoon at Wolgan Valley... We stayed for 4 days and everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the service was fantastic, our room was incredible and all the day trips and activities we went on were great. We have absolutely no complaints and had the most beautiful honeymoon that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much!

We are a family of three with a two and a half year old child from Sydney. We had a very enjoyable stay over three nights. The location is stunning, the house clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the place overall is very child inclusive. We most enjoyed hiking, bicycle riding, swimming in the private pool and the nocturnal tour where we were able to see the wombats. We will certainly consider returning.

As you pull up to the gates of this beautiful lodge you get an immediate sense that your stay is going to be very special! It is in Wolgan Valley, the blue mountains area in the middle of nowhere. As you arrive at the reception area you are greeted by a member of staff who checks you in and explains everything available during your stay. If you are a hiker or bike rider then this is paradise for you. If you enjoy sitting in a jeep and discovering the area then that’s cool too as they arrange these trips for you. We chose to do an early morning horse ride which was absolutely stunning through streams and the most amazing beauty you could imagine. The stables were kept impeccably. In fact (not that you would want to!) you could eat off the floors it was so clean! The staff at the property take the time to get to know you, are very chatty and an absolute delight. As for your “house” during your stay - well - there are few words. It was beyond gorgeous with little touches that make you realise they have thought about absolutely everything. We had an indoor pool in our “house” too! The communal outdoor pool was absolutely gorgeous with water floats in the pool that just hug your body and you can relax on very hot days but remain cool. Kangaroos are bouncing around all over the property. We could not fault this property and our only complaint was we didn’t have enough time there to enjoy it all. We only had two nights. I would suggest a minimum of 3. We will be back!!!!

Wonderful family getaway. Immensely enjoyed our stay. Great balance of quiet calm, fun and indulgence. The kids weren’t great at sharing the sofa bed but loved the other resort features and animal encounters. Very easy place to stay with young children.

We visited the resort to see some of outback. The villas are very nice. They are spacious are with very nice amenities. The hiking and trips around the valley are very worthwhile and educational. You see kangaroos and wambots and other Anahi also. The valley is gorgeous. Our meal experience was variable. One night we got lost and had a very unspectacular experience. The next night was much better and what you would expect. We had some issues with room service( woke us up with the do not disturb sign on ). The resort is great but needs some changes in how they handle staff .

The location and the excellent staff service were the 2 best features of the Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley. The activities at the Resort were a bit hit and miss, we thoroughly enjoyed some whilst others were very ho hum. The Spa treatment that we had was wonderful. I don't think that it is a place that you could stay at for an extended period because there is not enough to keep you occupied. The food was excellent but there were only small variations in the dinner menu, the lunchtime menu was more extensive and had greater daily variations. Do not order their French Fries as they were terrible. Overall, this was a lovely place to visit with terrific, happy and helpful staff.

Our Family of 9 have just spent a fantastic weekend at Wolgan Valley. The staff made it such a special weekend as we were celebrating a 70th Birthday. Our three children had a wonderful time. They were thrilled to find bikes (with helmets) waiting and a gift of a kangaroo on their beds. We all enjoyed our in villa pools and the outdoor pool was also great. Food was amazing with all requests met. Just a special time for us all.Thank you to all.
