Located on the third floor, this modern apartment welcomes you with a bright entrance hall that leads to all rooms. The living area is thoughtfully designed and divided into a cozy sitting area, an inviting dining space, and a spacious open kitchen.
The sitting area features a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Free WiFi is available throughout your stay. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, suitable for up to five people, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner together.
The contemporary open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. It includes a 4‑burner hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster.
The apartment offers one bedroom with sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The room is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm), and bedside tables. For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom is fitted with blackout window coverings. Storage is never an issue—there is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and a spacious storage cupboard in the living area, ensuring all your belongings can be neatly organized.
The well-maintained bathroom allows you to freshen up comfortably. It features a shower cabin with sliding glass doors, a relaxing rain shower plus a handheld shower, a toilet, and a vanity unit with sink and mirror. Ample hanging and storage space is available. A large towel radiator ensures your towels stay warm and dry.
The 6 m² south-facing balcony is a lovely spot to unwind, offering a beautiful view and a seating area for two. Additional conveniences include a ski/bicycle storage room and a private garage (200 cm wide, 190 cm high). Parking is also possible outside the garage or, for a fee, in nearby public parking areas.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete. The property is 270 meters from the Winterberg Bobsleigh Track and 290 meters from the summer toboggan run. The apartment is also located in a fantastic natural environment, and mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside the door. Within walking distance are many different restaurants where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Winterberg town center is a few kilometers from the property. You can go here for daily necessities, for shopping, or for a nice drink or meal in one of the cafes or restaurants.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage.
