This welcoming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo located in the town of Fraser is located on the 3rd floor offering stunning views (note: no elevator).
**PLEASE NOTE: Hot tubs will be temporarily closed from October 1, 2024, through December 1, 2024. **

This condo is sure to feel like home. Awaiting your arrival is a private oversized heated single car garage featuring Level 2 EV charging capability (both universal J1772 and NACS/Tesla port compatible) and plenty of space for your adventure gear. Once inside the home, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious kitchen/bar with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining table is expandable to accommodate eight guests for all your entertaining and dining needs.

The sun-drenched living room features a large LED smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and an adjoining balcony with grill to enjoy the gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. The spacious primary bedroom features a king size bed, an en-suite ¾ bath, and an additional balcony with views. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, with the third bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle storage, and an office desk with monitor. All bedrooms come equipped with smart LED TV’s. A whole-unit air purifier, ceiling fans in every room, and a smart thermostat coupled with forced air heating ensure your comfort throughout your stay. When it’s time to wind down, relax and enjoy the community hot tub located just a minute’s walk from your front door. Electric BBQ on smaller patio off the main living area. (HOA does not allow charcol or propane)

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is only 10 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Grand Park Rec Center is just down the street with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

Overall a good property. The coffee maker was not cleaned of the old grounds. The shower in the middle bathroom was clogged with deposits. I called and reported it and no one ever came. I wasn’t given the garage code until I asked and the handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off. Minor inconveniences but still things that should have been cared for. Nice views and overall clean.

Family spring break ski vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo was clean and very nice. Plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen does need more and bigger cookware. The cookware available seems more for a couple than for our family or the number of people that can stay in the condo. We had a couple of issues that were very promptly taken care of by management and we really appreciate the speedy response. We would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Early spring break ski trip

Nicely appointed, spacious condo near to town. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very nicely furnished. Very quiet during the week, less so on the weekend (downstairs folks were loud until 2 AM or so). A grill would be a nice addition. The hot tub was reportedly “out of service” throughout our stay. Sidewalk to garage was consistently icy and mostly unsalted. Garage door opener batteries died during our visit - thankfully we had not left anything in the garage.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable beds, furnishings and kitchen items were of high quality. Quiet neighborhood and having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms was very convenient for staying in this quiet location with friends.
