Beautiful Condo Near Festival

The owners were so communicative and helpful with recommendations. They checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. In addition, the condo is gorgeous and so close to everything!

One of a kind property!

We enjoyed spring break at this incredible property. The mountain shuttle picks up right in front of the property and several shops and restaurants are conveniently walkable. Every detail is thought out from the parking garage right under the units, the ski locker downstairs, hot tub, etc., and the pictures are fully accurate. Beautiful property and wonderful communication from the owners!

This Rental Is THE BEST!

I stay in rentals and air b n b’s often and this is one of the very best! Clean. Photos accurately reflect the rental. Comfy king bed. Lots of extra amenities! And the view! Great communication by the host.

The property was well appointed and in town near several restaurants, distilleries, and coffee shops. Megan and Matt are awesome owners! They provided great details on the specifics of the property and if we needed anything they promptly responded.

Great Stay!

Matthew and Megan's place was perfect for our family of 5. Great communication, unit was well stocked with everything you could possibly need (including a candy bowl which the kids enjoyed maybe a bit too much!). Just a short walk to downtown WP. Highly recommended.

Like a Five-Star Hotel!

We had a wonderful vacation in our Winter Park condo. Matthew and Megan sent us welcome letter, then called us to make sure we received their letter. They answered all our questions, so everything went very smoothly on our arrival. The condominium is only about a year old, and it was immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty dishes, utensils and cooking equipment—microwave, toaster, air fryer…even a Nespresso coffee machine. All the linens were first rate, and the towels were superior to the ones we use at home. There were HDTV’s in every room with cable, Netflix and other streaming services provided. We sometime splurge and stay at Opal Resorts when we go to the beach in Florida. Honestly, this condominium reminded me of an Opal Hotel sans the room service. And, the location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of Winter Park—about five minutes to the ski resort and walking distance to the best restaurants in town. In addition to the great condominium, we had a heated parking underneath the building. There was also a heated storage locker for all our skiing equipment. Everything was so easy—we were truly spoiled on our vacation. This condominium was a little more expensive than some others we have stayed, but it was well worth the extra cost. We will definitely try stay here again! Thank you Matthew and Megan!
