Studio unit sleeps 4 and located on the ski access floor to the Winter Park Resort.
The kitchen has a modern feel and look with new cabinets, granite counter-tops, tiled floors and appliances. The view from the kitchen to the open floor plan of the living area makes for a perfect spot to enjoy everyone's company and still cook!
The main living room area has a western theme design with new furniture, dining room set, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. No air conditioning.
The Murphy bed is a comfortable Queen that can be stored away to enjoy more living space during the day and the sofa sleeper provide an additional spot for kids in the living room.
Other great amenities include private balcony and wifi make enjoying the day off the slopes easy.
Walk 50 steps down the hall and out the door to the skier's Corridor Trail for access to the Gondola at Winter Park Resort. For anyone wanting to take the shuttle, it picks up in front of our building to take you to Winter Park base as well.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.
Pool is temporarily CLOSED.
All amenities on property that are listed below: hot tubs, work out facility, game room, business center and pool.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
