very nice people here. Service was extremely pleasant. One of the employees Catherine was amazing ! For some reason my reservation wasn't showing up in the system when I got here after a long drive but she was very helpful in quickly assessing the problem n getting me to a comfortable bed. Really good place to stay I would recommend it, and will be choosing the ramada for my Windsor travels

Very helpful staff (Catherine). After a long drive, I just wanted to turn on the TV and relax. For some reason, I couldn't get any picture on the screen. Catherine, who was at the front desk, came to my room and helped me. It took a while, but she got it working. That is great customer service!!

For me, a property earns 4-5 dots when it has everything it advertises, feels safe and allows for easy check-in and check-out. Loses a dot this time for a some fit-finish pieces in the room, but it me the test of my wife being willing to stay there again. This is a 2-star hotel and it met all the requirements as such. Breakfast was of the two star variety; the staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean. Bed was fine. Great location near restaurants, gas station and a Supercentre for groceries. My one wish is that the hotel had a fitness room. The maps on the room door indicates there used to be one and it appears now to be storage. Cannot speak about pool as it was January.

We booked this hotel with priceline for 55 Internet in the room, continental breakfast included. We stayed one night and liked the fact that there's a lot of restaurants around very near the hotel. Of course it's an older hotel and our room is very average but for a one night stop on our way to visit family in Indiana It's ok. Check in was fast and easy and we had no issues whatsoever parking the car. Everything was quiet and we had a good night sleep. Good value for the price nothing more December 26th Room 115

We booked this sight unseen as we knew we would be arriving late and it was near where we had to be the next morning. How old? no elevator....stairs to get to the second floor. Toilet took 2-3 flushes to clear, bathroom filthy with the remnant of an old heat run rusting under the sink. The air conditioner was so in need of repair it roared which meant we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Luckily the window opened and we got a bit of air. The only plus was the front desk. professional pleasant and efficient. I see management is about to "update"....but why wait to clean the place!!!!!!!

This place is I bottom end motel, needs renovation. Carpet stained, TV did not work, gave me two key cards only one worked, will not recommend. Only took this as a last resort as my preferred ones were booked.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were dated but large enough. The outside of the hotel had garbage scattered everywhere and parking was a nightmare. We asked for fresh towels and were told they would wash the ones we had and would bring them back. Breakfast was adequate. This hotel is not up to Ramada standards.

Charged my credit card extra fees without telling me. Told me if I kept arguing they would charge an additional $25 for disturbance. Going to the Better Business Bureau. Hotel room was very dirty & the smell of feces was absolutely disgusting. But there is no way to complain once they have your credit info as they use the threat of additional charges against U. :-(

This hotel didn't look much, older and 2 storey with no elevator. However. Rooms were clean and the staff excellent. Just a bare minimum breakfast but again clean friendly staff. Even with no elevator, the lovely woman at counter asked if we needed help with our things. I wish I had taken her name. Within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants you could ever need. Tim's right across the road, Costco and many, many others. I thought it was going to be dumpy cause it's quite old, but it was not. There was no noise at night to keep us awake. An it has a nice outdoor pool.

Our first stay here was very good, nice friendly staff with no issues, second stay we had an issue getting our deposit back and the bank put them on hold for over an hour. Manager was very nice and upgraded out room to a jacuzzi suit for free on our next stay. Our third stay in the jacuzzi suit was nice and clean buy the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi. Hotel has some issues but it gives off a feeling of home that's hard to find in most hotels. Would definitely recommend staying here.
