The home and area are beautiful. However, we couldn’t get in as the code we were given didn’t work. It was after hours, so we had to call a number, leave a message and wait. They eventually got back and gave us a different code to get in. There was no notebook or paper explaining how to lock the door when you leave (we had to call and wait for a response for that as well), how to get to current tv channels, if streaming was an option, etc.., no favorite paces to see, Restaurants, or any information about the area. That was a first for us. Also, internet wasn’t working, That was year another call and wait. They called the company who did what they do and internet was up. However, it was very slow to the point that my husband ended up having a client he needed to email and send things to. This never happened because the internet was so slow, it would drop and time out. We had to leave a day early. They refused to reimburse us for the day we couldn’t stay. We have been in many “remote” areas and Never had this happen to us. We have been reimbursed for far less issues because they wanted us to be happy and enjoy our stay, have repeat customers and good reviews. We ended up being very frustrated and disappointed!!!
