Room had smell, elevator was broken could not get back to room, front desk staff was extremely rude and would not move us to a room on the first floor stating they were sold out. Then a new one came later after we were checked out and told us there were 16 rooms left. Which caused us to buy a room in a different hotel to get my kids settled.
