Located in Wilmington, a stones throw to UNCW, this enchanting house offers 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 sparkling bathrooms with all the essentials.

Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire Town Center (over 90 shops and restaurants) are only a few minutes away!! Downtown Wilmington/Historic District is a short 15 minute drive. The Cross City Trail is conveniently located across the street. This location can't be beat!!

Amenities include high-speed Fiber internet, a full size washer and dryer, 60" TV, Keurig coffee maker and quality towels and bedding. Guests can unwind and make themselves at home!

Queen beds are in all four bedrooms. Guests have access to the entire house except the living room coat closet and the attic.
