* Booking Age Policy: The person booking this property must be 21 years of age or older and must be staying at the property during the reservation. Valid ID may be required upon check-in.

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! To keep the space comfortable and clean for everyone, please make sure:
- Please add your pet to your reservation so we’re aware. Pet fee applies.
- We provide a pet bowl and towel for muddy paws
- No pets on beds, bedding, or furniture (especially pillows)
- Bring your own pet bedding.
- Pets must be house-trained and non-aggressive
- Clean up all pet waste (inside & outside) — $250 fee if not
- Do not leave pets unattended outside
- Prevent excessive barking/noise
- Guests responsible for pet-related damage or extra cleaning

*** No smoking indoors or within 6 feet (2 meters) of the doors & windows. A fee of $250 will be charged if any cigarette smoke is detected after check out.

**** Early Check-in Option: We are happy to offer early check in at 1PM for a $35 fee, based on availibility. If the property isn't booked the night before your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.

***** Late Check-out Option: We are happy to offer late check out at 12PM for a $35 fee, based on availibility. If the property isn't booked the night after your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.
