The suites are large and convenient with a big balcony. However the bedrooms are located in the back with windows coming out to the doorways. Meaning you can never open shades unless you want anyone passing by looking into your bedroom. So no natural light ever in either bedroom. Same goes for extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms. Forget about tweezing or make up applications. On top of everything the bathrooms always had an unpleasant smell as well as some areas of the kitchen. Thorough cleaning wasn’t done in all 12 days of our stay. Only towels and sheets were exchanged. If you wanted any extra towels or sheets during big days there was a charge. Also as many other mentioned music blasting loud until 1-2am so balcony wasn’t as enjoyable. Front desk only answered basic questions and did not provide any suggestions or useful information.

It is a pity to read that you were not happy with the location of the bedrooms in the apartment. We have made a note of your mention of the poor lighting in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, we do not have any information registered about you informing us about an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms and kitchen area during your stay. If received we could have checked for the cause and solved the problem. On the 7th day of a stay, we do provide a big cleaning in the apartment, which is thorough. Every other day we do provide clean towels in the accommodation, of course, if you would like to have these every day, we do have an extra charge for the service. We truly apologize for the music nuisance of the neighboring restaurants and beach clubs, unfortunately, this matter is not in our hands to prevent. We are very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with our reception staff – our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, so we are sorry to have let you down.
