The early check in was fabulous! We arrived earlier than expected. The welcome Wanda was the first thing I noticed on the tv screen in the room. Then the sanitizer wipes for the tv remote. Both were very nice perks. The room was clean and comfortable. The bagged waffles and bagels at the door as you leave.....nice touch. Plenty of room for breakfast. Lots of tables and not cramped into a small room The one thing that would have made our stay better would have been a shuttle to and from the Kirby Center.

Parking was closeby. Breakfast, although the same menu items each of our 2 days, had a nice variety of options. Very clean and friendly staff. Indoor pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Our room was perfect. We left a few things home by mistake and each time we asked the front desk they happily provided our needed items. I am extremely pleased with our stay and will visit again!

Yes...the rooms lacked basic amenities, i.e. plastic cups, writing material and a hard copy guide to local areas of interest to include restaurants etc. Also, the rooms are lacking in light and on a scale of 1-10, the towels are a 5 at best.

My 2nd stay at this hotel and just as the 1st stay check-in & Out were easy. The front desk staff were so pleasant and made the check in easy. I would recommend a stay here to others.
