Welcome to our home! Fully furnished three bedroom. King primary, two large queen guest rooms. Two full baths! Home in the highly desirable Marianna Villas in Village of Collier. Home includes an glass enclosed Lanai, fully stocked kitchen, 2 seater golf cart available upon request. Ver comfortable furnishings. Enjoy all the amenities of the Marianna Villas including golf, pickleball & pools. Walk to Eisenhower, Collier, or Big Cypress recreation centers. Choose from three great executive golf courses all within a three minute golf cart ride.

The accommodations were better than advertised. The property was clean and plenty of room to host a party of 10 people. The property was located within 15 minutes of grocery stores, exercise an activity facilities & access to major highways. I would recommend this property as a rental to another booker.

Paul was a great host. Took care of the Villages pass on short notice. Even invited me to a party in the neighborhood. Doesn't get any better! Good instructions and helpful info was provided. The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable and clean. Gets nice sunlight starting early and thru the day. Kitchen is pretty standard with a big fridge. Location is within walking distance of the Eisenhower Rec Center and close to Brownwood Square. I enjoyed the living spaces indoor and outdoor. Really liked the sliders in the Florida room. Had a great air flow. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
