Bed was very comfortable.Sofa was very uncomfortable and since the weather turned cold for the last week we were inside watching TV.

We had some minor issues that Kevin from Down Home Properties handled quickly. The house was very clean. Having the golf cart available was great.

Great location

Very nice home. Carpet / furniture could use cleaning. But linens and everything else were very clean. Great service from property management company. Did not like the stainless steel cookware which was very hard to clean after use. Neighbors were very friendly. The location was great with easy access to two town centers, pool and shopping.

Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean. We brought our dogs and they seem to enjoy it as well. The amenities were very complete. Only negative was that there were pet stains on the carpet. This is understandable when renting a home that allows pets. My wife brought the cleaner that we use in case our dogs had an accident and was able to clean up several of the stains. Other than that, we had a great time. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Very nice, priced right. Super management

Very nice property, furnished nicely. Great location and has everything you need for an extended stay. Golf cart, grill and outdoor furniture area plus. The management company for the rental is excellent. We had a couple small issues and questions and the response was immediate. Very happy with the property and the stay. The cost was also reasonable. Highly recommended.
