Fantastic Traditional Hotel

A beautiful, traditional and local hotel. Everything about it was enticing. Lots of parking, a very warm welcome with a free glass of locally produced wine. Lovely, comfortable atmosphere with superb Vegetarian food. A real gem of a place near Wurtzberg.

A hidden treasure

It was really splendid. We came rather late and the kitchen stayed open until we ordered an evening meal. I missed an email from the hotel asking if my parents needed to be in the part of the complex served by a lift, but I was touched by the concern. I slept really well, the bed was comfy and I loved the teddy bear to make the room cosy

A Diamond in the Rough

I was looking for a hotel in this area and selected Landhotel & Weingasthof Schwarzer Adler. It was a great selection. The hotel was close to where I wanted to be, was clean, the family that runs the hotel were great. My only possible complaint was there was no air conditioning. In out case if was cool enough that this didn't matter.
