Excellent, well appointed hotel about 10 mins walk from the centre of Wiesbaden. We were in a coach party but had a very large and comfortable room with excellent air con, as well as exterior blinds (yes - it was hot!). Check-in was extremely efficient and the all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good as well and the bar was very decent. Very impressed & would definitely stay again.
Lovely 4* hotel pleasant indoor and outside dining area though I thought the evening menu was limited and expensive / within 10/15 min walk multiple choise diners .the rooms are large with all toiletrys but no walkin showers shower over bath .Reception said they had none so people with limited physical abilities avoid the Pallas .
This is a very nice hotel with a lovely terrace for dining (dinner was very good), close to the train station and walkable to the old town. We requested an early check in and were told that there were rooms available, for a 50€ fee. That was really the only disappointment~
Stayed here for 3 nights at the start of June to attend the horse show near by. lovely hotel! Easy to find and good parking below. Very helpful staff on reception upon check in and pleased to find a nice spacious room with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff in the bar and we very much enjoyed eating on the terrace of an evening. Very close to the park where the horse show was being held which was ideal. Will definitely use this hotel for our return next year!
I spent some days here for a business meeting. The rooms were clean and spacious, what one can expect at a Dorint. Meals served at noon via the buffet were ok, but could have had a little bit more choice for the mains. The hotel is located quite close to the centre.
Adequate modern conference style hotel 20-25 minute walk from the town centre. I would have given it 4 stars if it didn't over promote itself as 5. Wiesbaden itself is a charming German provincial town with impressive buildings including casino and baroque style opera house. Well worth a visit.
The Hotel is not 5 star and if you rememer that then you may not be as disappointed as I have been. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Old town and shopping street. It is 5 minutes from the train station. The first room I was in the air conditioning did not work and after a number of attempts to fix it they said they could not. They offered to change my room and I declined saying I would keep the window open. 2 days later I arrived back in my room at night and at 11.15pm all the lights fused. I could have broken my neck in the dark if I did not have an iPhone. They came up and fixed the tripped fuse. 5 minutes later the lights fused again. They came up and said they were having trouble with adapter plugs such as I was using to charge my phone.I unplugged and they got the lights back on. When the lights fused again they came up and offered to change my room so at midnight I changed my room. You get one complimentary bottle of water and if you want another bottle you have to call room service and pay a 5 euro service charge as well as the price of the bottle. Wifi you login on arrival and every time you switch on your device you have to reconnect as Guest and accept their terms. The wifi speed when connected is good. The Staff are pleasant and try to help but the Hotel needs good management and a lot of maintenance.
Highly recommended for personal, family or business trips to Wiesbaden. It is calm but still in walking distance from the central railway station. Clean, tidy, rich breakfast buffet, big rooms and very helpful staff.
The hotel is a nice business hotel - good service and good attitude. The rooms are very nice and the service is great. As a frequent visitor to Europe I must also mention that my room was fully air conditioned. Little problem with internet access at the lobby, but could it survive... :)
I visited Wiesbaden first time, business trip, and the Dorint was suggested by host as one out of three hotels in Wiesbaden to stay in during official visit. The hotel was full, mostly companies representatives and team building groups. Overall good hotel, nice rooms, clean, very modern style. Very good breakfast, a bit expensive and not included in room price. Very good Spa with three saunas and relaxing room, saunas are included in room price. The front desk very small.
