The beds were actually comfortable!! The staff was super friendly. It was going through renovation and was still not uncomfortable to stay in. We were there over Christmas week, so most of the time it felt we had the hotel to ourselves! Will absolutely stay again.

The staff here was so nice and helpful! The room was fine but the hotel needs some updating. Our TVs didn't work, and the mattresses in our room needed to be replaced. It was fine for one night, but the hotel needs a bit of a face lift!

Lack of attention to detail on checkin

When we arrived we found out they gave our suite to someone else with a similar name and did not have another of the same suite. We ended up having to go next door to get 2 separate rooms instead of a suite for the family. This added unnecessary strain for our family with 3 small children as we had to the split up between non-connected rooms. When the front desk checks ID they should make sure the name on the ID matches the reservation to avoid this issue.

First of all, Yanni, the receptionist is a beautiful person inside and outside. She was so nice to us. The other hotel staffs are nice too! I like the serene environment. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast was nice!
