There were bugs crawling everywhere, except the beds. Breakfast was subpar, Coffee was offensive. Beds were comfortable Carpet needed cleaned, it was sticky

My family and I only stayed one night. The room was very nice for as cheap as it cost us. We loved the elevator to the second floor so we didn't have to take our luggage up the stairs. There was not enough towels in the room though and the breakfast was skimpy but overall a decent stay.

Overall this was a nice stay. right off the highway, somewhat close to the local Air Force, base couple restaurants close by.

Definitely my money's worth. The location was perfect for easily being able to go out and enjoying myself. Everything was fairly close, so that was good.

It was pretty good nice and clean I liked it wasn't too bad did put use up stairs I'm to lazy to walk haaha

Just stayed at Red Roof right off the highway. Location was great, guy who checked us in was fast. He gave us room 128, in back on the corner. We opened the door and it reeked of cigarettes. We decided to stick it out since it was going on midnight and didn't want to go all the way back to the front office. Next problem was that there were about a dozen flies in the room, this is not an exaggeration. My husband spent time killing them while I took a shower. Amenities in the room were good, however a bit dated. For 56.00 that we paid for it, it wasn't too bad. I would stay again, but ask for a room that wasn't so smokey. We think the flies came in when it was being aired out. Also, if you get a room on the back side, the trash man dumps the giant dumpster at 7 am.

The room was very noisy because of the interstate and wall to thin. It was located very close to Shepard Air Force Base which was great. The Falls near by was nice.

I had previously stayed at this hotel the last time I was in town, and it was very nice for the money. This time it was not so nice. We received a handicap room. I am not handicap. I did not mind getting this room I liked the big bathroom, but it was on the second floor. I found this to be odd for a handicap room. Our room was very hot. I had to put the AC on 63 to keep it cool even though it was snowing outside. There was an old coffee filter in the coffee maker, and there were opened packets of sugar on the table. My niece came to spend some time with me; she found yellow residue on her pillow, but hey $50... I get what I pay for, right?

Location was excellent for the price. Not a lot of foot traffic. Room was clean and comfortable.

Rude staff. No clbk from mngr as promised. Guy said I forgot. Also my reservation specifically requested for a NON SMOKING ROOM...and they put me in smoking room with my 1 yr old. Didn't get crib as promised in reservation. Also there was no parking. When I asked where could I park I was told to park on the service road...of the freeway! I asked for my money back and they refused.

Was really easy to find from the interstate, and no problem getting there. the only thing that i was disappointed in was what they called a continental breakfast, toast, waffles, bananas, prepakaged cereals, danishes, and instant oatmeal was about all they had. If you want a hot breakfast there is a whataburger restaurant next door that serves breakfast from 11pm to 11 am, that has good hot food. the hotel is conviently located about a mile or so from lucy park, which is where my daughter got married so that was a plus. they have a beautiful waterfall there that you must go see. The biggest PLUS was that pets stay FREE.

We came to visit our son at Sheppard AFB, arriving around 6pm, dropped off our bags and went to dinner. Perhaps we didn't get a better room location because of the later arrival, but it wasn't until we came back around 10 we realized we were facing the central parkway, where trucks/traffic noise flowed so easily into our room. But even when the rumble became smoother, that "white noise" effect, there was still the delightful patter of little feet, luggage wheels, showers, toilets, TVs, and other activities of fellow guests at all hours that provide such restful sleeping conditions. Also, the free Wifi connection was so poor, I couldn't stay on line continously enough to find out that after seeing the man-made reconstructed 'Wichita Falls' #a nice park#, there are no attractions. Really! None! We did have 3 excellent meals at local restuarants, saw a movie, and my wife got to visit our son before he ships out #the most important reason for our trip# but since we're not into tatooing parlors, we'll never have to visit again.

Stayed here for the Red River Wine Festival and it was wonderful. Rooms were clean and large, beds were really nice. Sits between El Chico and Whataburger, so getting in really late wasn't a problem for food. Close to downtown area without being hard to get to. Really nice!

showed up after midnight and no problem, nice staff nice room. will stay again.

I was there to pick up my son from tech school, I was very disappointed with how little there was to do in Wichita Falls. The stay would have been alot better if there had been Wireless Internet service so that I could have actually gotten some work done while I was there. The beds could have been alot more comfortable as well so that I could have slept better. I have stayed in alot of hotels for approximately the same price or even less that had free wireless internet service & had more comfortable beds. I was very disappointed.

Good location to Sheppard Air Force Base as we were there visiting our son currently in school there. Rooms were average and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful no matter what we asked. Easy access to highways.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the beds were extremely hard. I am used to sleeping on a softer mattress, but for the time we were there it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would stay there again if I go back to Wichita Falls.
