Soul Space on Cooks Lookout is a warm relaxing home with views to die for. This wonderful cosy home has three bedrooms, the master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has a double. The master and the second bedroom have a great view out to the Bay. There is one bathroom with a separate toilet. Guests are also able to use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry area.
The Lockwood-style wooden walls give off a snugly homely feel, it's a lovely place to stay even in winter. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen, though small is well equipped with all you need to make your stay stress-free, there's even a coffee machine. The dining area has seating for 6 and access to the back deck with a picnic table.
Off the lounge is a sunroom with seating that looks out over to Mercury Bay and Shakespeare Cliff, a cosy place to sit and read a book. If you head out of the sunroom door you will find a covered deck area that has the BBQ and outdoor table and chairs fantastic for taking in the view and enjoying your dinner al fresco. Or if you are an early riser you should be able to watch the sun rise with your morning cuppa.

Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut, or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage. There are plenty of options. There is plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and kids' playground, and of course, there is the Mercury Bay Museum. For adults, a trip to the Lost Springs Thermal Spa and Hot Pools is a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surroundings. If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing & take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop close to Cathedral Cove within the Marine Reserve, watch the fish, go for a snorkel, or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you could take a drive out to Hahei. From here you can take the 40-minute walk to world-renowned Cathedral Cove, or you can head to the beach where there is a water taxi that can take you. Hot Water Beach is not to be missed. At low tide dig a hole and you will have your own hot pool! Spades can be hired from the local store.
