Apartment 111 in the Esplanade Apartment complex has great views of the Whitianga Harbour. This modern apartment is perfect for romantic getaways or a break away with friends.
Once you enter the apartment you will find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a TV. There is a washing machine available for use during your stay. The kitchen is well appointed with a hot plate, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Get ready to relax and put your feet up in the comfortable lounge with TV which includes SKY, or grab some fish and chips and sit and enjoy the view on your private balcony.

The complex also has a swimming pool and spa available for you to use so you can truly relax in your own slice of paradise.

Parking is onsite and is located under the building, and there is a lift available to get to your apartment.
Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery, whether you like to walk or drive to any surrounding villages. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries. Whether it's a pie and doughnut or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage, there are plenty of options. Plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and a kids' playground. If you make your way to the wharf, you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing and take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats leave from the wharf which can show you around the area, stopping off close to Cathedral Cove Marine Reserve and watching the fish, snorkel, or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you could take a drive to Hahei or Hot Water Beach stopping off in Cooks Beach along the way. There are wineries and breweries to stop off at to stretch your legs!

Whitianga Edplanade

The apartment was in a great location with a beautiful view. The kitchen was reasonably well-equipped for short stays. The bathrooms were fine, though the showers leaked and flooded the floors whenever used. The property manager (Maree with Hosts on the Coast) was not communicative. Shortly after arrival, we notified her the parking fob for the parking garage did not work and though she said we could address it the next day, she did not contact us. I messaged her about it and heard nothing. We ended up parking on the street for almost every night of our stay. We received no check out instructions whatsoever. About three hours after leaving, we realized we left a tablet behind in the apartment. We messaged her to ask if she could send it (we would have happily paid shipping), we did not hear anything back at all. Obviously it was our mistake to leave it but not getting any response at all was frustrating.
