Welcome to our impeccably clean private home, perfectly situated next to the majestic Yukon River, providing a stunning view of the Aurora. This spacious abode boasts three bedrooms with high ceilings and cozy feather duvets for your ultimate comfort. Experience the outdoor beauty by indulging in a bonfire on the river bank, exploring the surrounding hiking and biking trails, or unwinding in the wood-fired hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen offers ample space to prepare meals and a bright, sunny reading area with comfortable couches for relaxation. The property is nestled amidst mountain biking trails and just 1 km away from the city's best swimming lake. Other amenities include a full laundry facility, shared access to a fire pit on the river bank, picnic table, and a wood-fired hot tub. In the morning, help yourself to our breakfast items, which include coffee, tea, eggs, cereal, pancake mix, and milk. Additionally, you'll have unlimited access to high-speed Starlink Wifi to keep you connected during your time with us. Please be aware that there is a long staircase leading to the bedrooms on the second floor, ensuring a level of privacy and separation from the main living area. If you plan on bringing a furry friend, we kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and refrain from allowing them on the beds or sofas. Note on Cancellations: Please note that if you cancel your reservation at any time, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur. We appreciate your understanding, as we are unable to absorb these costs for cancellations. Rest assured, our hosts are located next door and readily available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have throughout your stay. For larger groups, we also have a tiny house and a second suite on-site that can be rented to accommodate your needs. To ensure proper waste management, we kindly request that you dispose of toilet paper in the bin provided. Please note that our neighbors have a friendly dog, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the area. We welcome pets but ask that they remain on the main floor to reduce fur and accommodate guests with allergies. We had such a wonderful stay at Yukon River farm. Everything was well organized and the accomodations were nice and spacious for our small family. The location feels quiet and secluded but is conveniently a very short drive to downtown. We will be recommending to friends :)

Great communication from host before, during, and after the trip. Excellent location within minutes to town and right on the Yukon River. We were there in summer so being able to have a drink in the morning or evening with such a peaceful view of river and town from property was fantastic. Place was well stocked from host for breakfast, snacking, and drinks.Only negative was upstairs shower is pretty "rustic" and leaked so bad it wasn't usable so we all used the guest bathroom on first floor which was clean and more modern. There were only 4 of us so no biggie. Host was going to have shower fixed upstairs so hopefully non-issue in future.Would recommend the place to friends and thanks for a great stay!

This was a great place to stay just across the river and only a few minutes from Whitehorse. Yet, private and iin a rural area. It was actually even nicer than the description and pictures on VRBO.
