Staff was pleasantly helpful and courteous. Beds where comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast service was adequate. Location was easy to find.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from the beginning to the end of our stay. The breakfast was fresh with many options. The staff there was very efficient. They would always ask about our ski day and be genuinely interested. The shuttle picked us up every time we asked from downtown at a moments notice. Kudos to this hotel. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

We stayed here two nights and enjoyed the accomodations; as far as continental breakfasts go, this hotel provided a good one. Our only issue with the stay was we had loud people above us--I realize that's beyond the control of the staff and has little to do with the hotel. Overall it provided great lodging.

Pro: quiet, nice stuff, shuttle service Cons: a bit far from center

Nice but nothing special from the outside. The experience starts with friendly staff, exceptionally comfortable, clean room, good breakfast options. The perfect place to base an exploration of Glacier Natl. Park.

Room was a steal for what we got! I will definitely be back!

Short distance to downtown and Kalispell by car, but no cabs.. walking distance is a bit longer. Hotel clean, staff very friendly and they are pet friendly. And a friendly welcome from Tucker at the front desk!:)

This was the third hotel I have lodged at in Whitefish. Not the best, not the worst. The location for us was convenient - didn't necessarily want to be downtown but rather on the main hiway to sights and destinations nearby. Room was clean as was the facility as a whole. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in room price and the quality was good and certainly added value to the overall cost of our stay. Would recommend this to family or friends.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great value.

Stayed here October ...between seasons. Good experience, good value, clean...a little noisy with road traffic but would stay again.

We used the hotel as our base for Glacier National Park trips. We loved being in Whitefish, but the hotel left a lot to be desired. Number one complaint was the paper thin floors. We heard every step of the guests above us. (I guess you should ask for the second floor so you can also torture the guests below you.) They did offer a free breakfast buffet if you're on a tight budget. We went one day and skipped the second because there was nothing special about any of the food offered. So if you're just looking for cheap, then this is the place to stay. Otherwise, pay the extra money and try something else nearby.

Staff very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Informed us of local restaurants; we highly recommend the "Orient Express", great food. We were there to hike and sight seeing. The continental breakfast was great, fresh fruit, variety of breads and cereals, etc. Room was clean and quite. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were traveling so only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and helpful.Dining and shopping are very close. The rooms are quiet and comfortable except..... there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room!!

Staff was very friendly. Room was spotless and beds were comfortable. Location is just a short ride from downtown Whitefish. We were very happy with our stay and would come again.

We were disappointed to be in the back in an annex, next to the Hog Wash for Bikers, but the room was clean.

Hotel was pretty standard and a good value for the area. It is a short drive into town and there isn't much around the hotel itself. But the staff was very friendly and it is a good home base for Whitefish.

Walls very thin...family of small children next door kept us up until near midnight, two nights. Hotel welcomes buses, so breakfast items were scarce if you weren't there first.

Good value. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was meagre and unremarkable.

Excellent value for money with friendly service and well located to town services.

We went to visit our daughter and son-inlaw and grandson in Whitefish. It was just perfect. They even came over to swim in the pool. We asked permission first but they were great. Nice continental breakfast too. It is centrally located to all of the attractions in town and to Glacier National Park.
