Mountain view room we booked was on the second floor with a construction tent blocking the windows. Major construction noise right outside out of the windows. Asked two times to be moved to a quiet room on an uper story with the mountain view we payed for. We're moved to the other side of the hotel with a room right next to one of the busiest intersection in the village. Pedestrian and car noise all night long. Additionally, chairs in the kitchen in the unit above do not have felt padding on there feet. Therefore, everytime they were moved a sound was created like nails on a chalk board through the ceiling. No sleep whatsoever. Pool and spa are non operational. Hotel is not mountain side as it's name would lead you to believe. Hotel in not ski in ski out as it advertises. Skis can't be taken to room. Boots can not be worn in the hotel. Amenities in the room were nice and room was pleasant. Hotel staff did make an effort to remedy things. But, effort was fruitless. Would not stay here again.

Room was great Loved having the bed upstairs in the loft so there was more room in the living room/kitchen area. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms as well. Suite is a little older and could use a fresh coat of paint and calking around the bathtub but overall we were very happy with our room.

Bed was not comfortable, very poor quality had bad back after I slept in it for one night. For that reason alone I may never come back and stay in this hotel again. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was good.

Checking in was great, the person at the desk was very helpful with local food and activities. Unfortunately the room wasn't what I had expected, Ive come to accept that you don't always get what you pay for. First the ac unit had damage to the control panel and i didn't feel comfortable touching it, second the fireplace didn't work and seemed to be no option for heat, third the spa tub in the washroom was very weathered and needs to be replaced. Fourth the washroom had a slightly musty smell, our solution was to leave the fan on. And lastly would be the broken glass out front of the building in the smoking area, I saw a broken glass there saturday evening and it was still there sunday morning. By the time i noticed these room issues it was later in the evening and after a long day it was the last thing i wanted to deal with.

Very nice room, I got a loft with a private sauna. The room was nice and spacious however a bit dated, odd smell to it but the bed was very comfortable, quiet and very convient as it is 2 mins walk from the Village.

Loved our stay , only down fall challenge was the loft toilet had little pressure on flushing. Staff helped out and was dealt with. Loved the loft and kitchen as well the pool area is massive with lots of lounge chairs. Love will be back soon.

Overall is pretty good. Good location. Pets friendly. Walking distances to pay parking . Bu make sure your room face to swimming poo, cuz our room was facing some restaurant and pubs. People were talking and laughing loud ill 2am .
