Old and dated. Unit smelled like East Indian food and hallway like pot (strong smells). Had a coffee maker but only ONE drinking glass - no mugs. Sofa cushion ripped. Felt gross. Positive note - great location right in Whistler village.
Units need to be more equipped, kitchen cookware should be replaced after each person leaves The pool needs much more chairs as it is shared between the two hotels
Love the location of this hotel. Easy access to the village and the slopes. It does come at a price however, the noise is constant our room was on the 2nd floor facing the mountain and while the view was excellent we were above the hot tub and across the street from one of the bars that stays open late. The resort is apparently aware of the noise issue as we found ear plugs on Our night stand upon arrival.

I stayed a week in mountain side. And like its says is right there on the side of the mountain where you take the gondola to go skiing. The hotel is perfectly placed in the village, in the center of everything with friendly staff and affordable prices.
Excellent experience and very helpful staff. Definitely recommend. Very near to all atrocities.
pros: convenient location, so close to gondola that our 5 year old can carry her own gear and walk the whol distance. ski locker is a great plus . we enjoyed the hot tub, comfy sofa bed, the gas fire place, full kitchen. bath rob. hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful in giving directions and instructions. cons: occasionally a bit lound to hear the music from the plaza but still having a good night sleep.
In the heart of Whistler, less than a minute walk to the lifts and all the shops and restaurants. The staff is very responsive. The unit is small but very comfortable and well equipped. The gas fireplace is a nice touch.
Great price for the proximity to the mountain. Good ski and Board storage parking is 24 a night which is prettty average in whistler.
Right what we needed and affordable. Right by Village Stroll and our GPS got us right to the door. We opted to park in garage, so that was really nice.
