An open-concept layout brings everyone together around the indoor fireplace, where you can settle in with a warm drink or watch a favorite show. A media room on the ground floor offers another cozy setting with a large TV and a wet bar, ideal for relaxed nights indoors. Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.

Couples Ski Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. It was a perfect fit for a group of three couples and allowed everyone to have a bedroom and ensuite bath. The location is close to the village and made for an easy walk, short bus ride or quick drive. The kitchen was well equipped, and we took advantage of the large kitchen island to share breakfast and plan our activities for the day. The underground parking and private garage were a nice touch and the large entry with storage for all our ski gear was very handy. We took advantage of the private hot tub but it is a little small for the number of potential guests. It was nice to be close to everything but still feel like we were staying out in the woods with a view of the mountains.

If only there was snow!
We came to Whistler to ski. Luckily the house was great and a perfect location for skiing at Whistler. If only there was snow!!
I’d need be, you could walk to the resort, but we wouldn’t recommend it while carrying gear. It was a less than 5 minute drive to Whistler Village.
We enjoyed our stay, used the grill and hot tub.

Well equipped clean home. great service!
We really enjoyed our visit to Whistler! The home was super clean and nicely layed our. We were created by someone who showed us everything we needed to know and he was great! The home was perfect for our weeklong stay w two families. Plenty of room to spread out. The location was a bit out of the way since the free shuttle did not come as far as this development. They were upfront about it in the listing. There is a pay shuttle at predetermined times however but we ended up renting a car so my husband could shuttle us all to the baselodges to ski. In the evenings the walk to the village for dinner was 10 minutes. Easy and safe sidewalks. Loved the underground parking!!! Really nice accommodations and the staff took care of our every need w a smile. Would return!

Only disappointment was lack of timely bus service to lifts, so ended up driving to Blackcomb on most days. The hot tub was absolutely discussing upon check in but property management to care of it pretty quickly.
