El más grande de dos habitaciones y loft en Greystone Lodge y está completamente renovado. Hay una nueva lavadora y secadora en la suite, así como aire acondicionado para los días calurosos de verano. SOBRE GREYSTONE LODGE




Greystone Lodge está ubicado en la base de Blackcomb Mountain, junto a la NUEVA Góndola Blackcomb para 10 personas y los telesillas Magic Chair. Un complejo de apartamentos estilo boutique con solo 50 unidades hace de Greystone Lodge una de las ubicaciones de alquiler de vacaciones más pequeñas en el vecindario Benchlands en Whistler. Great family accommodation

This property served all our needs. We came to Whistler with our daughter, her husband and 2 children. It was nice to be a little removed from the hustle and bustle at night and yet be just minutes away from the action during the day. We had everything we needed in the unit and the kids loved the pool area. It was nice for all of us to have our own beds as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great condo

We are a large family of 6 and we had lots of space in this condo. It was very comfortable, and everyone had their own space. The room, parking pool, and hot tub areas were all very clean and well maintained. The staff were quite helpful and responsive. It made for a great stay in Whistler, thank-you!

Amazing place

This place was very clean, great location, great property with good neighbors and plenty of parking space too. Easy entrance and exit to building and check in and check out process. Host was very understanding with a couple of items that my party left behind. So fantastic customer service that I really appreciated. Will always look for this place when I come back to town.

Acer Vacation rentals is operated by a local family-I highly recommend renting one of their 21 units!

Great Ski Trip!

The condo was as advertised, with plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 parents, 2 teen girls and grandma). The garage was easy in and out and fit my full size F-150 - not much room to spare though! There were about 6 uncovered spots right across from main entrance that would open up occasionally for taller rigs. Ski lockers were a nice feature and located right near the path to walk to the slopes. Short walk to ski or walk down to Blackcomb village gondola or the shops. Shuttle ran close by though we just walked to Whistler village - an enjoyable walk. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and the large dining table was great for dinner and games for all of us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very nice. Only a couple problems. The upper parking lot was closed and the lower was full. No alternate parking given and so tons of cars parked along the road which is technically no parking. Everyone got parking tickets. Lame! The other problem was that after the Tough Mudder got back to the place to clean up but there was no hot water. Both issues were do to the busy weekend in Whistler so I would still go back.

Time of our lives!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group of 7 adults fell in love with this condo. It was very spacious and the furniture was top notch. We cooked a gourmet group dinner and the kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and a large quantity as we had guest over and feed 16 people. The TV and cable were added luxuries. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm - there was even a grill in the outdoor pool area. Getting tot he slopes was pretty easy. It was spring skiing so not enough snow to ski to the mountain but there was enough to ski back. With more snow ski-in-ski-out would be a breeze. Parking was plentiful and the building amenities were also nice as the lobby has plus seating and the elevator was large and fast. The management was also great. Organizing a trip for 21 people - we had a lot of request and questions. Management was blazing fast in addressing our questions and even informed us of items we left behind and mailed them back to us in the states. I and my group highly recommend Greystone and Acer Vacations.

A fine stay

Overall, we were really pleased with the rental itself. We had 3 distinct sleeping areas and the kitchen/common space worked perfectly. There were 3 issues that we encountered that took away from a full 5-star review: 1. One of our purposes for the trip was to ride both the park and the village in general. There is an advertised bike storage that was overfilled when we arrived. As bikes are not allowed in the rooms, we were fortunate enough to have brought 8’ of chain and two locks so used the ski storage room as a work around. Not sure how we would have stored them without this set up. 2. BBQ’s by the pool were obviously not cleaned daily as the grills had both dried food remains that had been there for awhile it appeared. Again, an easy around by cooking in the kitchen but part of our plans had been for a bbq night. 3. No veggie peeler which should have been part of the advertised full kitchen. Bought one next day.

Greystone unit 317 fantastic summer holiday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved unit 317 at Greystone! It was clean & comfortable & family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes & glasses – proper ones for the adults and plastic for the kiddies, and a grill on one of the decks. We ate dinner in each night with 3 families/14 people and had enough dishes and space (not all 14 slept there – we rented 2 condos, but all ate together). It had nicer beds & sheets/better furniture than I usually find in rentals. Bathrooms clean & very nice; plenty of towels provided. Washer & dryer are very small, but useful. We stayed in July and appreciated the air conditioning & black-out curtains (it was warmer than we would have thought!). The unit faces west, so no bright morning sun, but nice view. Overlooks the pool, but we had no noise issues (suppose that depends on who else is staying). The pool is small, but nice for a quick dip. Free wifi was nice, since our Sprint service was on $$$ roaming otherwise. Free parking was good, as we left the car and walked. Easy walk down to the Upper Village-location was great. Booked through – super helpful and got a night free promo, so great price. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greystone lodge is well positioned, with ski in/ski out on to the Blackcomb run. This then links up with chairlifts to the Whistler side of the mountain. Whistler is quite a sprawling village and Greystone is in the upper part of the village about a 10-15 pleasant walk down to the main village. You really need a car for shopping,as carrying groceries from the supermarkets back up the hill is too far. The actual rental property is nice, although showing its age inside a little. Furnishings in 413 were very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for a rental property, enabling us to do lots of cooking & baking for 6-10 people. It also has a lovely loft style window looking out over the trees and part of the back of the mountain. Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot spa and swimming pool. Clint the manager was very professional and handled all queries during the booking stage well. A few minor problems during our stay were very quickly sorted out by him. We were on the top floor and found it very quiet but our friends on the next floor down felt that there was a lot of noise audible from neighbours and those above. The unit was also exceptionally warm. So all in all, a great place to stay especially unit 413.

So-so Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nicely remodeled unit (#413) in an older complex. The common areas are a little tired and showing their age. The unit had been hastily cleaned and showed signs of the previous tenant's recent departure. On- site staff was fairly friendly but not terribly concerned or available. They did leave us a bottle of wine due to some problems in the unit. We had some trouble with our entry codes and called from the entry phone and no one answered, even though they were there. When we finally got in, they said "Oh, we can't do anything about codes. You have to call Clint, here's his card " I pointed out she worked with him, shouldn't she call? But she would not. In fact, I never once saw staff leave the back office and enter the reception desk area, even when there were four groups trying to check on on a Friday afternoon, jockeying for a luggage cart. if we needed anything, yew had to call out to them and even then they did not move from their desks. Two things to note if you are staying in the summer that are not disclosed in any of the descriptions. If you plan to use the loft area beds, it is very hot up there and the mobile A/C units can't be vented from there. Secondly, the patio is not really accessible - the entrance from the bedroom is being used to vent an A/C unit so you can't open the door, and the other from the living room is covered with a broken mini blind that can't be raised so you'd have to crawl under it. For some reason, what appeared to be the outdoor chairs had been moved into the living room. A reasonable value, but overall just an ok experience.
