There was literally dog poop in the foyer whenever we checked in & the second floor that was only accessible by stairs smelled horrible & had dogs barking all night up && down the hallway. The a/c kept it not too hot but not really cool, the toilet wasn’t in working order & there’s absolutely no water pressure

The building is run down. The tub was chipped and flaking, the metal was flaking off the towel rods. When we walked into our room, the floor was dirty and sticky; we could actually see foot prints. However, the staff was friendly, the bed was ok and the air conditioner worked.

They were over booked, and didn't have a clean room available. The cleaning girl was still there and cleaned a room for us. Stellar staff! They really went the extra mile to accommodate us. There is no elevator, but there is only two short flights of stairs, with good, sturdy handrails, so not a real issue unless you're very handicapped.

Very clean nice stay!

I just needed a clean place for my kids and I to stay for a night and this Motel 6 delivered! It’s an older building that’s been renovated and it’s right off the highway. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby. We’ve done a lot of traveling this last year and this was definitely the cleanest place we’ve stayed!

The motel seems to have staffing problems and seems to have gone downhill in recent years. While the desk clerk was helpful and admitted the motel is understaffed on housekeeping, the first room we were given was not even clean and had unmade beds and towels on the floor, so we had to get another one. When we were given the key to the second room we were told for some reason that the key most likely wouldn’t work and that the clerk may have to come and manually let us in, which is what happened. When you’re exhausted from traveling, the last thing you want is to have to wait for a room when you made a reservation well beforehand. It appeared that no one had checked on the cleaning of the rooms during the day. At any rate, other than the shower, the room and property were not terrible, but the motel needs some help with management and employees.

The room was atleast 85°on arrival i tried to turn on ac and nothing no fan no cooler nothing.... and the windows dobt open... in their defense i arrived at 1 am and planned to be on the road at 730 so i didn't reques a move or complain, but i wont be back.
