Tucked just moments from the sand and an easy stroll to the town centre, this modern downstairs retreat offers a relaxed base for your Whangamatā stay. With its own private entrance, the semi self-contained unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linen for a restful night’s sleep.
The space is fresh and contemporary, with a stylish bathroom complete with a rain shower, plus a separate toilet for added convenience. A heat-pump/air-conditioning unit keeps things comfortable year-round, while the compact kitchenette is ideal for light meals, offering a stove-top, microwave, mini-fridge, and tea and coffee facilities (please note there is no oven). The mini-fridge has a small freezer compartment inside.
Step out to the rear deck where you can enjoy a BBQ in the coastal air. This outdoor area may occasionally be shared with the owner who resides upstairs. Stay connected with WiFi and unwind with the Smart TV after a day at the beach.
With the shoreline just a short walk away, and shops, restaurants and cafés close by, everything you need is on hand. Please note the property is not fully fenced and sits close to the road, so it may be less suited to young children.
