Townbridge Retreat is a centrally located two bedroom apartment situated along the bustling waterfront, overlooking Weymouth's historic town bridge. The apartment is bright and welcoming, flooded with natural light from the glass balcony doors which frame the stunning coastal view. The living space is open plan, with the living, kitchen and dining area all in one. Through the hallway are two bedrooms; A double en-suite and a twin, along with a family bathroom. There is private parking in the ground floor parking area for one car. Access to the apartment is via a three flights of stairs or via the lift.
Private Parking and Access: The property benefits from one private parking space in the ground floor parking area, as well as the option of stairs or lift access. Please note, if for any reason the lift is out of action, the apartment is situated on the second floor of the apartment block.

From the Esplanade; Enter Weymouth with the esplanade and the beach running parallell to the road on your left hand side. Follow the road as it bends around Alexandra Gardens and take the left turning into Pilgrims Way and then immedietely right onto the harbourside. Follow the harbour and at The Ship Inn, continue straight under the bridge. The entrance to the parking area is here on your right hand side. You will see the large roller door to the garage, which is beneath the block of apartments. Pull up in front of the roller doors while you access the keys. The keys are in the furthest left black key safe to the left of the doors. Inside the key safe is a fob which opens the roller door. Once open, drive in and park in the space directly to your left for no 7. You can then use the white door to your right to access the lift and stairs up to the apartment on the top floor.
If you are coming from Matalan or the Swannery area of Weymouth; Continue straight on the road that runs past the town, passing TX MAXX on your left hand side. Keep straight on this road, and you'll reach the town bridge in front of you. Just before the townbridge on your left is the roller door to the garage area, where you need to park. Past the Sailors Return pub, but if you go under the harbour bridge you have gone too far. You will see the large roller door to the garage, which is beneath the block of apartments. Pull up in front of the roller doors while you access the keys. The keys are in the furthest left black key safe to the left of the doors. Inside the key safe is a fob which opens the roller door. Once open, drive in and park in the space directly in front of you for flat 10. You can then use the white door to your right to access the lift and stairs up to the apartment on the top floor.
Please note; We provide two sets of keys for your stay. One set is in the key safe, which has the fob connected to it, so that you can open the garage roller door on arrival. The other set of keys is in the apartment, usually placed on top of the information folder. On departure; please leave the keys as you found them; please leave one set of keys in the apartment on top of the information folder, and the other set of keys with the fob attached is to be returned to the key safe. Lovely flat! Fantastic location and spectacular views. Bright and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Great shower. Everything smelled delicious -- especially the sheets and towels. Communication with charming Amy was easy-peasy. Cannot say enough about this wonderful flat. Hope to stay here again!
